Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 29, 2026
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
We are fully committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including individuals with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We continuously audit and update our user interfaces to optimize general parsing comfort, color contrast, and assistive reading compatibility.
2. Conformance Standards & Built-in Features
Our V2 dynamic templates have been engineered to structurally adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard:
- 18px Typography Standard: Standard content body copies, descriptions, contact lists, and list items default to a minimum readable scale of 18px. This guarantees comfortable parsing and mitigates excessive browser-zooming steps.
- Color Contrast Conformance: Our curated template palettes are fully optimized to pass the standard 4.5:1 WCAG contrast ratio between text elements and page backgrounds.
- Landmark Semantics: Standard pages conform to semantic landmark regions, using HTML tags such as <header>, <nav>, <main>, <section>, and <footer>.
- Descriptive Alt Tags: Graphic contents are bundled with meaningful visual alternative text descriptions or empty descriptive attributes to prevent cluttering screen reader flows.
- Accessible Inputs: Forms, lead collectors, and reservation modules map direct accessibility descriptions for clean navigation.
3. Feedback & Inquiries
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our platform. If you experience any accessibility hurdles, visual barriers, or reading difficulties, please reach out via our contact channels. We will prioritize making necessary adjustments.
